My impression of this article is the different ways that a teacher can use metacognitive methods with the students, basically with this method we as teachers can help to our students the way that they learned, how they acquired a new language and, how they can continue learning by their own. In this article show how important is that as a teacher we have this idea clear this will help you facilitate the students learning process and how metacognitive strategies help to motivate students. In other words, this method is designed to understand how students “think” about their thinking and give us a different point of view about how important is to understand this as teachers first. Another really inserting point of view that reflect this article is about autonomy learning which is an essential step that a student needs to take in this part explain that a student is responsible for their own learning which at the same time is really difficult because nowadays students can get distracted w
